The Buyer
Kona is Queen in Hawaiian. Keen means sharp. Stephanie Bartasis chose that name on purpose — because it's how she operates. She's not a wholesaler. She's not a fund looking for a cheap exit. She buys apartment complexes and RV parks because those are the assets she actually wants to own.
She started Kona Keen because she kept seeing the same pattern: sellers of apartment complexes and RV parks in the Sunbelt, Texas, and Midwest getting handed off from broker to broker, or dealing with buyers who disappeared after the first inspection. She wanted to be the other option — the one who shows up, does the math, and closes.
